NASA discovered planet similar to Earth orbiting "Cousin" of Sun

Recently NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) spotted an Earth-Like planet  at 1400 Light Years (8,400,000,000,000,000 Miles) away from earth. Many Astronomers are hunting for new Earth, referred to as Kepler-452b "is the closest thing we have to another place that somebody else might call home" Jon Jenkins of NASA's Ames Research Center told reporters. The planet orbits its star at the same distance at Earth orbits the sun, NASA said.

Researchers have found many other planets as similar to earth's composition but many of them are circle dim, cool stars very different from SUN. But Kepler is neither too cold nor too hot to support liquid water. "Kepler 452b is orbiting a close cousin of our Sun,but one that is 1.5 billion years older" NASA said in a statement.

The planet found is 60% bigger then earth, having diameter of 12,906 miles. Even if the planet is turned out as dead world, there would be some really interesting discoveries to be seen.

As we all know, Stephan Hawking is endorsing a new project for finding Extraterrestrial Life, project worth $100 million to be exact of Russian investor Yuri Milne. Find more about it here
