The fashion design scene around the globe just keeps developing and growing. New names arise, the old ones remain but there are some that are just timeless, but also the most luxurious ones among all. Who are the people who rule the fashion throne and who are those who can afford the luxurious fabrics stamped by the fashion-mammoths?
