Brad Pitt lucky to be married

With a failed first marriage with Jennifer Aniston and a brand new second marriage with Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt really knows what it means to be married. He is shown as safe when he admits that walk down the aisle is something more than a mere title.

Just over a month ago, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie became husband and wife. The most anticipated wedding of Hollywood took place on August 23 at the Chateau Miraval, the farm that marriage has in Correns (France). After their courtship, which began in 2005 and the recent wedding, sexiest Hollywood actor has given an interview to "GQ" magazine in which he talks of happiness, his career and his brand new marriage. "I would not say that [marriage] is only a paper. It's much more than that," said the British edition of GQ magazine.

Also, you can say that your second step by the altar last month not only marked the personal commitment of Pitt and Jolie, but also impacted the lives of six children they have in common. There are Maddox (13), Pax (10), Zahara (9), Shiloh (8) and Vivienne and Knox (6)-twins. The little ones are the center of life of marriage."I've been slowing down for some time. I'm doing a slow transition to other things. And, really, I want to spend more time with my kids before they grow up and leave," he confessed.

"I've always thought that happiness is overrated. There are series of tradeoffs, events, victories and defeats," he acknowledged. Maybe it is that feeling of excessive valuation of happiness or growing up in a place of mountains, which makes the actor "a sad bastard" - according to him. He says next to his colleague and friend George Clooney, who recently defined Brad Pitt as "inaccessible".

"You know, George is extremely accessible. He is one of our best representatives. He's really funny . It is joy to be around. Guess perhaps beside'm a sad bastard. I am a little shy, you know. My nature is like that. Coming from a mountain site [Brad Pitt grew up in Springfield, Missouri], I am probably quieter, "he said.
